St. Lawrence Korean Catholic Church

Description: The building addition added 4,000 s.f. for Gathering Space, Nursery, and Parish Office. The Exterior was refaced with brick and stucco. The enhanced driveway was raised to permit ADA access to the main entrance. The existing building had a full fire sprinkler system added throughout the existing building and the new addition.

Budget Cost: $560,000

Actual Cost: $540,000

Note: Significant remodeling was required due to previous remodels for basement hall and classroom were developed without building permits and had to be brought up to Building Codes.
